Questions

Do my videos get uploaded?

No. ElleMotion reads and edits your videos inside your browser, on your own computer. They never reach our servers.

What do I need?

Chrome or Safari on a laptop or desktop. There's nothing to install. Newer computers read videos faster.

What kinds of videos work?

MP4, MOV, or WebM. Session films, reveals, behind-the-scenes, and Live replays all work. ElleMotion looks for faces, so footage where faces are visible works best.

How long does it take?

It depends on the video and your computer. A long video takes a few minutes to read, and a progress bar shows how far along it is.

What counts as an export?

Saving a new clip to your computer. Saving the same clip again is free. Members can export as much as they like.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel a monthly or yearly plan under Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What is the lifetime founding offer?

One payment of $149 for ElleMotion and all its updates, for as long as ElleMotion runs. It's limited to 100 members. The first ten also get a SmallRig magnetic phone mount for BTS, shipped free in the US.

What's the refund policy?

Yearly and lifetime plans get a full refund if you email within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, with no partial refunds.
